Spring is here and it’s that time of year to clean out your closets! Santa Maria del Popolo’s Annual Rummage Sale will be held Saturday/Sunday July 20 & 21. Thanks to your help and generosity last year we raised over $17,000! Our first collection date is May 19 from 4-7 pm at the Convent at 133 Lincoln Ave. Please drop off your gently used items during our donation times.  PLEASE do not leave your items outside the convent or parish center. Items we will not accept are: Broken or damaged furniture, Appliances or Electronics (DVD or VCR players, Video & digital cameras, Stereo, answering machines, copiers, scanners, printers,)  Mattresses, Old Tube TV’s, Computer towers & monitors, sleeper couches, Baby car seats or cribs. If you have furniture to be donated, we appreciate if you come with some people to help unload. We are also in need of volunteers to help.  Can you spare a few hours to help our Parish?  Its a great way to earn service hours, meet new friends, purchase items prior to the sale date and become involved with your church. Volunteer opportunities are on every Sunday (4-7) through May-June – July except May 12 and June 16.
