The Passion of Christ

Santa Maria del Popolo and the Theater Committee invite everyone to come and experience a play that will speak to your heart. It will take place on Friday, April 3rd, starting at 11 am in the Main Church, completely free of charge. Everyone is cordially invited.

Our Religious Education Office’s Tardeada event will take place on May 2nd in the Parish Center, doors open at 2 pm. Raffle tickets at $10, first place is $1,500! Bread Sale

The Guadalupano Ministry will be selling bread before the mass on Holy Thursday, April 2nd. The cost is $8 each, cash payment only. This bread will be blessed during the mass that day, to then be taken to your home.

Divine Mercy Novena

We will be praying the Novena of Divine Mercy as a community starting April 3rd (after the Adoration of the Cross). On the feast of Divine Mercy on April 12th, we will pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy at 9:30 am at the Señor del Amparo Chapel.

Visit to the 7 Churches

We invite all parishioners to join the tradition of visiting seven churches after the Holy Thursday services. The bus will leave from Santa Maria parking lot at 9 pm on April 2nd. We are asking for a $10 donation to help cover the cost of transportation, deadline is March 24th. Please sign-up at the Rectory.

YAM Faith Formation

Join the Young Adult Ministry’s weekly faith formation every Friday at 6:30 pm to pray, to play, and to deepen your faith and friendships. Meet in the YAM room (former Youth Group classroom). Please bring a Bible and an open heart. Stay up to date on our GroupMe
